i love the word endearing. it's my favorite 
adjective. i know i'm not unique in feeling 
endearment (obviously), but i do think that 
it's a quality that guides a lot of my life; 
it's the word i would use to describe how i 
feel about people, my interests (and what i'm 
interested in), what i want to evoke in my art, etc.

i am endeared by the people i work with, my 
friends, my things, my shows, characters, 
writing, moments, the little bluebird in the
tree that was mimicking a hawk. i hope that this
page collects all my endearments.
